Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. For any inquiries or refund requests, please contact us, and we will respond within 1 business day. Please avoid sending your purchase directly back to the manufacturer without prior approval.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method or card within a specific timeframe.
Note: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Refunds are issued as store credit only and not as cash refunds.
